These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and membership service provided by UK Restaurant Network ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

UK Restaurant Network is a curated, map-first guide to restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars across the UK. Certain features require a paid membership.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or for fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
• send spam, malware, or attempt to probe, scan or breach the security of the service;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content;
• reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits.

4. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Membership

Paid memberships renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via your account portal at paddle.net; cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access for the period already paid.

6. Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) retain all rights in the service, its software, content, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms and your chosen plan.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
