  • Providing customer support and responding to your queries (contract / legitimate interests).
  • Preventing fraud, abuse and securing the service (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
  • Improving the product and understanding aggregate usage (legitimate interests).
  • Sending service-related emails; marketing only with your consent where required.

3. Who we share data with

  • Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for payments, subscriptions, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Hosting, database, analytics and support subprocessors that help us run the service.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Public authorities where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some of our subprocessors may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any right, contact us at the address below. We aim to respond within one month.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege database policies — to protect your data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies required to run the site and to keep you signed in. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
